All meaningful and lasting change starts from within.  In AGDC’ Teen Leadership development STANDOUT® program, participants will begin by examining their personal habits, attitudes, beliefs and expectations for their career and future.  They will learn to get beyond negative thinking, recognize their strengths, become responsible, build successful relationships, respond positively to teachers' feedback, abstain from sex and apply strategies that high performers have used to revolutionize the world. 

At the end of the program, your teenagers will not only have realized the enormous creative power inside of them but will also start making choices and executing actions that will lead to fulfillment of their dreams, today and tomorrow.
