AGDCs’ Enterprise education & development program is training directed towards developing in young people those skills, competencies, understandings and attributes which equip them to be innovative, and to identify, create, initiate, and successfully manage personal, community, business and work opportunities, including subsequently working for themselves.
AGDC recognizes the need to develop in young people effective foundation skills, commercial awareness, employment-related competencies and a capacity for ongoing learning which will assist them in making a successful transition through school to further education, training, work and active participation in the community.

AGDCs aims to undertake innovative projects that support young people to build their enterprise skills think creatively and reach their full potential.
