Kayode Olufemi-Ayoola holds a degree in Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University, but his interest is People Management and Development, whilst his passion lies in` Career Development.
His active engagement in Career Development began as an undergraduate conducting Personal Achievement Success Seminars (P.A.S.S) and Career Talks, which were aimed at students maximizing their potentials regardless of prevailing obstacles in their environment.
He has work experiences from various Consulting firms and was Head, Human Resources Vigeo Oil & Gas before his current appointment as Chief Operating Officer for After School Graduate Development Centre, a Social Enterprise dedicated to running developmental programs/projects that focus on the employability, economic productivity and global relevance, competitiveness of the average Nigerian graduate.
Kayode is a regular contributor to the Daily Independent’s Effective Manager Column with over 50 of his articles on Career Development published to date. He is also actively sought after as a speaker on Career Development issues and has facilitated in over a thousand of such seminars and programs.
He is happily married to Folasade and they have a Son.
